Neben der einschl\u00e4gigen anwaltlichen Praxis war er auch am Institut f\u00fcr Verwaltungs- und Verfassungsrecht der Universit\u00e4t Salzburg als Lehrbeauftragter t\u00e4tig und hat im \u00d6ffentlichen Recht zum Doktor der Rechtswissenschaften promoviert. Dar\u00fcber hinaus hat er am Verfassungsgerichtshof als verfassungsrechtlicher Mitarbeiter gewirkt und ist nach wie vor in die universit\u00e4re Lehre eingebunden und publiziert laufend zu \u00f6ffentlich-rechtlichen Fragestellungen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mag. Jakob H\u00fctthaler-Brandauer<\/strong> hat sozusagen von Kindesalter das Gebiet Life Sciences durch seine Mutter und Gr\u00fcnderin der Kanzlei, Dr. Ruth H\u00fctthaler-Brandauer, mitbekommen. Er h\u00e4lt regelm\u00e4\u00dfig in diesem Gebiet Vortr\u00e4ge und ber\u00e4t nationale und internationale Unternehmen und Verb\u00e4nde. Seit 2021 ist er Mitglied in der Kommission zur Herausgabe des \u00f6sterreichischen Lebensmittelbuchs (Codexkommission) und publiziert regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen in nationalen und internationalen Zeitschriften.<\/p>\n<p>Zudem sind Dr. Metin Aky\u00fcrek und Mag. Jakob H\u00fctthaler-Brandauer jahrelang im Arbeitsrecht t\u00e4tig und vertreten Dienstnehmer sowie Dienstgeber.
