Lebensmittelunternehmer k\u00f6nnen \u00fcber ein nationales Konsultationsverfahren die Feststellung dar\u00fcber beantragen, ob ein Lebensmittel als neuartiges Lebensmittel zu qualifizieren ist oder nicht. In diesem Fall k\u00f6nnen die Mitgliedstaaten auch andere Mitgliedstaaten sowie die EU-Kommission konsultieren.<\/p>\n

Die EU-Kommission hat sich im Falle eines Konsultationsverfahren<\/a> einer polnischen Beh\u00f6rde mit dem Novel-Food-Status von Hanfkraut (\u201eHemp (Cannabis sativa L.) herb\u201c) befasst. Der Begriff \u201eHanfkraut\u201c umfasst getrocknete und gemahlene oberirdische Pflanzenteile \u2013 also Bl\u00e4tter, St\u00e4ngel und Bl\u00fctenst\u00e4nde \u2013 die von in der EU zugelassenen Hanfsorten stammen und weniger als 0,2 % THC aufweisen. Das Produkt ist als Bestandteil von Nahrungserg\u00e4nzungsmitteln vorgesehen.<\/p>\n

Da keine hinreichenden Belege f\u00fcr einen erheblichen Verzehr dieses Produkts in der EU vor dem Stichtag 15. Mai 1997 vorliegen, wird Hanfkraut gem\u00e4\u00df der Verordnung (EU) 2015\/2283 als neuartiges Lebensmittel (Novel Food) eingestuft.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
