Community Law

Municipalities are confronted with a wide variety of issues and problems every day. The affairs of the municipality and the mayor range from the official handling of applications (e.g. building permits) and the issuing of ordinances (e.g. zoning plans) to the awarding of complex and economically important contracts. In addition to the numerous provisions of general law, the actions of municipal bodies and their organization are determined in many respects by the respective municipal code. We advise municipalities both on the enactment of official acts and on their private-sector activities.
